1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document and all supplement ary materials incorporated by reference.

"77abt" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the 77abt online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://77abt.net, together with all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and support channels made available to registered players.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Refers to any individual who registers an account on 77abt, accesses the platform, or uses any service offered by 77abt, whether or not a financial transaction has taken place.

"Account"

Refers to the individual registered player profile created upon successful completion of the 77abt registration process, through which the player accesses all platform services.

"Balance"

Refers to the total real-money funds held within a player's 77abt account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.

"Bonus Funds"

Refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a player's account by 77abt as part of a promotional offer, and which is subject to specific wagering conditions before conversion to withdrawable cash.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the total monetary value of bets a player must place using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity and age verification process that 77abt applies to player accounts in order to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with responsible gaming obligations. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

"Services"

"Restricted Territories"

"Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST)

Refers to the official time zone of Bangladesh, UTC+6, which governs all time-sensitive terms, deadlines, promotion validity windows, and support operating hours referenced in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77abt. They govern your use of the platform, your account, all deposits and withdrawals, all wagers and game participation, all bonus and promotional offers, and all interactions with 77abt's support team. These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

77abt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Updates will be communicated by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. 77abt recommends checking these Terms and Conditions at least once per month and before participating in any new promotional offer.

If 77abt makes a material change that significantly affects your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address registered on their account. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between different language versions (should any be produced), the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of 77abt services, including placing wagers and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and is completed via the 77abt website. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77abt operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or wagering.
• You have not previously had a 77abt account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 77abt employee or affiliated game provider.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

One Account Rule

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 77abt. Opening or using multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is expressly prohibited. Where 77abt identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and any winnings voided without prior notice.

KYC Verification

77abt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point following registration, including but not limited to: before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or when 77abt's fraud monitoring system flags unusual activity on your account. Required documents typically include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, and may additionally include proof of address and proof of the payment method used to deposit.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by 77abt may result in temporary account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal functionality, until verification is completed. 77abt may in its sole discretion permanently close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

77abt supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and cost-effective transactions for all registered players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 77abt does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 77abt's control.
• Deposits are credited to your 77abt account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• 77abt reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made from a third-party account, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between 77abt accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 77abt account from which the withdrawal is requested.
• A minimum of one deposit must have been successfully processed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 77abt may request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.
• 77abt does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are estimated and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled maintenance.
• 77abt reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per day or per week at its absolute discretion. Players will be notified of applicable limits within their account settings.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

77abt regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated within each individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent participation may not claim bonuses during the restricted period.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement on 77abt deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
• 77abt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering, 77abt will assess the situation in good faith.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus funds is capped at 10x the original bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all game types contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. The contribution percentages below apply to bonus wagering across 77abt's game library unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 77abt, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all players without exception.

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and whenever you update your account details.
• Keep your login credentials (username, password, OTP codes) strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 77abt immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and the use of internet services generally.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden on 77abt. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance(s) voided, and any winnings forfeited. 77abt also reserves the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment details to fund an account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions, welcome offers, or referral schemes through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to circumvent bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Money Laundering: Using 77abt to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform in a manner that facilitates money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage, including the sharing of hand information, agreed actions, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place wagers, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not consistent with legitimate manual play.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, display errors, pricing errors, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair monetary advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for deposits that have been wagered on 77abt. All chargeback requests are investigated, and accounts involved may be permanently suspended pending resolution.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to 77abt by any person under the age of 18.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio-visual assets, and any other intellectual property available on the 77abt platform are owned by or licensed to 77abt and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use any of 77abt's intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms.

You are expressly prohibited from: copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works of, or commercially exploiting any content from the 77abt platform without the prior written consent of 77abt. This prohibition extends to screen captures, automated scraping of odds or game data, and any extraction of proprietary information for use on competing platforms or commercial purposes.

Game content displayed on 77abt — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live casino streams from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash game mechanics from Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to 77abt for display on the platform. All rights of those studios are reserved.

The 77abt name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary to 77abt. Unauthorised use of 77abt's brand assets in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — without express written permission from 77abt constitutes trademark infringement and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

77abt provides its platform and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, absence of errors, or complete accuracy of odds and game outcomes. While 77abt invests heavily in platform reliability and uptime, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond 77abt's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77abt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

77abt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or emotional distress arising from or connected to the use of (or inability to use) the platform or its services.

In the event of a technical error, platform malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 77abt reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 77abt is not liable for losses incurred by players as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions operates to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by 77abt's negligence.

Force Majeure

77abt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 77abt's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, civil unrest, pandemic, or acts of war. In such circumstances, 77abt will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as practicable and will communicate with affected players via the email address registered on their account.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of 77abt's services, you should contact our support team in the first instance via live chat, available 24 hours a day at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Our team aims to acknowledge all complaints within 3 minutes and resolve them within 24 hours.
